As I type this our dossier is on its way to Washington DC. WhoHoo!!!!! Yesterday the kids and I went to Springfield to get our HS and POA's certified. Today my cover letter arrived from MI where it was certified. So I boxed it up with the money orders and shipped it via UPS to a courier service called "Caring Hands". So hopefully by the beginning of next week I can send the final dossier and copies to FTIA. And then on to Africa. Maybe my goal of it arriving in Africa, by Valentine's Day, isn't so out of reach! Hallelujah!! Praise God!!
