A lost journal, found again....

So this post may seem hard to believe, but it is true....

On sunday I was at my dad's house and we were busy going through all our donations we have received for the orphanage.  We had purchased "Space Bags" and were busy vacuum sealing them, and packing suitcases.  My step-mom, R, had gone into the other room to get something and she opened a drawer.  Laying there, in that drawer was a lost journal.  That journal had been written by her mom in 1994.  This was very exciting because when her mom died in 1995, shortly after that her journal came up missing.  Guess what this particular journal was about?  Just guess......

You see R's mom was a pastor.  In 1994 she traveled over to Russia to........you guessed it: work in an orphanage as a missionary.....That's what this journal was about.  As I read everything about the food she ate, and the people she met, and the children in the orphanage, it became like we were meant to find it. She commented on all the paperwork you need to do to adopt, and how much money it cost.  And then the most amazing thing of all is that she had taken the name and phone number of who to contact here in the States to adopt. 

I know this journal was found right before we left on our adoption trip, to show we will have lots of angels traveling with us...
